What is your process when creating videos?
Great question! Depending on the level of production, I go about my work in a few different ways. If you are getting a "standard" intro, promo, or rules video from ERV, we first discuss your needs. Are we producing an intro video? If so, we go over your storyline, discuss must-haves and I get to work. I first will write up a script based on your storyline and then begin working on the visuals.
I want more of a custom feel. Can you shoot live production?
Absolutely! We love to film on location, with actors, or in your escape room. Live production offers a massive amount of creativity and definitely will make your product stand out. Check out some examples of live production in our gallery!
How long does this all take?
Depending on the level of production our videos take an average of 3-4 weeks to complete. We love to work though so it may be sooner. We have a strict first-in, first-out policy. So get your orders in now!
What if I hate it?
You won’t. But if you need changes, no worries! We offer 3 revisions with every product at no cost to you. If you require more, we have an hourly rate of $75.00 that we charge. We haven’t had to use it yet. We can usually get things perfect in one or two tries. We like to think of ourselves as professionals.
Do you have any discounts available?
We sure do! If you need more than three video products we do offer a bulk discount of 10%. Always happy to discuss options!

Poster FAQs
What is your process when creating posters?
Our in-house artist will receive your request and may reach out to ask for details. Please be specific as possible when discussing needs. We then will grab assets and get to work! Let us know your theme and a rough idea and we will work our magic!
I want more of a custom feel. Can you produce that?
For sure! We can photograph and create assets from scratch. We can hire actors/models and make your poster work stand out from the rest.

How does this all work?
Subscribe to our monthly service and let us fill your lobby screens with visually interesting trivia, puzzles, and tidbits! Our 5-minute loops are perfectly paired with your own branded content. We can even customize it to fit your needs!
Five minutes isn’t very long. What else you got?
No worries. If five minutes’ worth of trivia, puzzles, and brain teasers doesn’t suit you, we can make them even longer. Ask us about our other options when it comes to our lobby content. Be sure to check out the subscription page to learn more.
So you can brand it for my escape room?
100% yes! For an additional fee, we can tailor anything we produce. Piece of cake.
